Q: What’s inside a Kaewaii Scoop?
A: Each scoop is a surprise mix of goodies such as stationery, squishies, keychains, accessories, and more. Every scoop is unique — no two are ever the same! ✨

Q: Can I request specific colours or characters?
A: Yes, you can let us know your preferences (e.g. pink & purple, Cinnamoroll, pastel bears). We’ll do our best to include them, but part of the fun is the surprise — so we can’t guarantee everything you ask for. 🎀

Q: How many items will I get?
A: It depends on your scoop size:

  • 1 Scoop → 7–10 items + 1 free mystery gift

  • 2 Scoops → 14–18 items + 2 free mystery gifts

  • Bigger bundles include even more variety (see our Shop Page for details).

Q: Can I request a TikTok packing video of my order?
A: Yes! Here’s how it works:

  • Video requests can only be added when placing your order.

  • Requests cannot be added once your order has been checked out or packed.

  • Not every video request can be featured on TikTok, but we try to include as many as possible.

  • Video requests cannot be cancelled once placed, unless your order is defective or wrong.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide from Singapore.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A:

  • Local (Singapore): 2–5 business days.

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs and your local postal system).

Q: Who pays for duties and taxes?
A: For orders outside Singapore, all duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double-check your details before checkout.

🎁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Since every scoop is a surprise, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Q: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right. 💕

Q: Do you do bulk or custom scoops for events?
A: Yes! We can create custom pastel bundles for birthdays, parties, or gifts. Contact us to discuss.

Q: How often do you restock?
A: We add new items and seasonal specials regularly. Follow us on TikTok and Instagram for updates!

Q: Can I gift a scoop directly to a friend?
A: Absolutely! Just enter their shipping details at checkout and we’ll send it directly to them (you can even add a gift note).
